Safety
S J & L places a top priority on the safety of our employees, subcontractors and vendors. It is instilled as a part of our culture from management down through every employee on our projects. We stress that every employee has the right to a safe work environment and ensures that the appropriate training is received.
In addition to our Safety Management Team, S J & L uses an independent consultant to visit our projects and report both the positive and negative issues relative to our approach to safety.
